1. Data We Collect

MrAgentˣ collects information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and the content you submit through the platform. This includes emails and documents you ingest, notes you save, and sessions you create.

We also collect basic usage data such as feature interactions and pipeline activity to help us improve the product.

Feedback and Support Tickets. When you submit a feedback or support request, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your submission. For feedback submissions, you are notified at the time of submission that your feedback may be displayed publicly with your name and title if selected by an admin. Support ticket content is used only for responding to your request and is never displayed publicly.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to provide the MrAgentˣ service: building your knowledge graph, running intelligence passes, and surfacing relevant context when you need it.

We do not sell your data. We do not use your personal content to train AI models without your explicit consent.

3. Data Security

Content stored in MrAgentˣ is encrypted at rest using AES-GCM with a per-workspace key. We use industry-standard practices to protect your data in transit and at rest.

4. Cookies and Page-View Tracking

Our public pages (including this one) set a single first-party cookie to distinguish repeat visitors from new ones. We use this, together with the page path and referrer, to understand which pages are visited and where traffic comes from. This data is aggregated internally and is never sold or shared with third parties.
